2 tsp coconut or sesame oil
8 oz mushrooms, washed, stems trimmed, sliced in half
1.5 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
optional:
a few cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs chopped parsley
Heat oil on medium heat in a skillet. Add mushrooms and brown 7-10 minutes, until softened. Add remaining ingredients, stir 1 minute. Add parsley.
